1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KhaaoNow platform (website, mobile application, and services) for food delivery in Bodeli, Gujarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services. KhaaoNow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use KhaaoNow services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others or use another person's account

4. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you place an order through KhaaoNow:

• You are making an offer to purchase food items from the restaurant
• The restaurant has the right to accept or reject your order
• Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your offer
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

5. Payment Terms

Payment for orders must be made through the methods available on our platform:

• UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery
• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

6. Delivery & Cancellation

Delivery and cancellation policies:

• Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement
• Cancellations after 2 minutes may incur charges
• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic or weather
• Delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees

7. Limitation of Liability

KhaaoNow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhaaoNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Harass, abuse, or threaten delivery partners or restaurant staff
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security
• Post false, defamatory, or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Violate intellectual property rights

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the KhaaoNow platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of KhaaoNow or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
